Duplex Australia Pty Ltd have been designing and building duplexes within the Sydney Metropolitan area for over a decade. We launched a number of 'firsts', one of them being off-site computing before 'cloud' became a household word.

Out of more than 5,000 interested parties that got in touch with us in this period, approximately 1/3 have the land suitable for duplex development, but not the means to sustain a project with a price tag exceeding $1M.

Duplex Plus is a new business entity dedicated to developing suitable land together with owners. It relies upon professional services and construction works by Duplex Australia and funding by others. The new website focusing on joint duplex developments was launched in 2020.
